Edible Austin Chef Auction 2017: Bid on a Special Chef Experience

He's the man whose brisket inspires customers to wait hours in line in order to get a taste. He's also the recipient of countless barbecue awards. And a meal with Chef Aaron is one of the prizes you could win at the Edible Austin Chef Auction 2017.

Edible Austin hosts this unique silent auction at The Allan House on Thursday, October 5th. Bidding begins at 7:30 p.m., and if you have your eye on a certain chef experience, you'll want to be prompt. A backyard barbecue (at your own home) with Aaron Franklin is just the beginning. You can also win a two-night stay at the South Congres Hotel including a dinner for four by Chef Yoshi Okai of Otoko. If you want to be part of the dinner-making process, bid on the package with Chef Nicholas Yanes of Juniper. He'll guide customers as they craft ravioli and pasta by hand.
