From 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Thanksgiving, The Carillon will serve up a brunch buffet loaded with Turkey Day favorites and some upscale brunch eats.
Make a reservation and come to the brunch feast to build your own omelet or hash at the chef-manned stations, or load your plate with already prepared hot dishes such as eggs Benedict. Snack on some cheese and charcuterie as you size up the Thanksgiving-themed dishes, including carved turkey, butternut squash bisque, green bean casserole, and sweet potatoes au gratin. Save some room for dessert, too, because the sweets table will be packed with pumpkin cheesecake, bourbon pecan torte, and carrot cake truffles, to name just a few. Tickets are $68 for adults and $30 for children, and parking is free.
